Ciara Cradles Newborn Daughter Amora in Sweet Moment Shared By Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson is enjoying “the view” amid life with a new baby. The athlete shared a sweet moment celebrating his wife, Ciara, and the couple’s newborn daughter on social media.

In the photo, Ciara appears in profile while cradling daughter Amora Princess Wilson. The songstress, 38, wears a serene expression on her face as she gazes down at her little one.

“The Most Beautiful View,” Wilson, 35, captioned the image.

Ciara shared the post on her Instagram Story, crediting Wilson as the “Best photographer.”

Amora, who was born in December, is the couple’s fourth child. Wilson is a step-dad to Ciara’s firstborn son, 9-year-old Future, and together they share daughter Sienna, 6, and son Win, 3.

Ahead of giving birth, Ciara spoke to ET at the Color Purple premiere in Los Angeles and shared her thoughts on the responsibility of parenthood, whether it’s her fourth or first child.

“The thing is — to me — when you bring a new life, it’s such a big responsibility. I already have three babies right now and they’re turnt,” she joked. “It’s like the Three Stooges, you never know what you’re going to get. Adding a fourth member in is like, ‘What’s that going to be like?'”

Wilson’s Instagram grid has been filled with dad life highlights in recent weeks. After announcing the birth of their child, both Wilson and Ciara shared a highlight reel of heart-tugging clips and photos from Amora’s newborn photo shoot. He also gushed about the “joys of life” during a school drop-off with their son, Win.

Just days ago, he offered an update on daughter Sienna, posting a photo of the smiling kiddo playing at the beach.

All this comes amid a time of change for the family, as Wilson’s NFL team — the Denver Broncos — benched him as the starting quarterback in favor of backup Jarrett Stidham at the end of last year. The head-scratching move came with just two games left in the regular season and the Broncos not yet eliminated from playoff contention at the time, though they only had a six percent chance

Wilson took the high road in his response, writing to his more than 5.5 million X (formerly known as Twitter) followers, “God’s got me. Looking forward to what’s next.”

Wilson’s benching comes after he signed a whopping five-year, $242.6 million contract with the Broncos in 2022. It’s been reported that Wilson expects the Broncos will release him in March, and should that happen the team will take a significant hit in 2024 in terms of their salary cap, given Wilson is guaranteed $39 million whether he’s with the team or not next year, per ESPN. So, it’s not necessarily bad news, especially with a slew of teams who will be in search of a veteran quarterback next season.
