Burrata (or cheese of your choosing)

Tomato

Avocado

Sriracha mayo – whole egg mayo + sriracha

Method

Using a fork “smash” your avo

To a bowl add a squeeze of mayo and a squeeze of sriracha – the more sriracha the hotter the sauce so do it to taste

Pan or air fry your bacon

Add your protein bites to the air fryer until golden

To your wrap spread your avo mash, layer your bacon, tomato, rocket and burrata.

Add your protein bites

Drizzle with sriracha mayo

Salt & pepper to taste

Enjoy fresh or pop in a sandwich press to toast.

VEGETARIAN SLIDERS

Pumpkin mini egg fritters

Mini brioche buns

Burrata (or cheese of your choice)

Tomato chutney OR sriracha mayo for some kick

Method

Pop mini fritters in the air fryer for 10 minutes

Open your mini brioche buns

Option: toast the buns in a pan or sandwich press

Spread your tomato chutney or Siracha mayo for some kick

Layer your burrata

Add your mini fritter

Pop on the top of the bun

If needed you can add a cute skewer for presentation
