Emraan Hashmi‘s son Ayaan was diognosed with Cancer and the family went through a very tough time overcoming it. While the young boy, fought with it bravely, Emraan had also penned a big which penned his emotional experience through this process.
The actor took to social media today and revealed that it was on this date, that he was diagnosed with it, ten years ago.Emraan wrote, “Been ten years since Ayaan’s diagnosis on this very day…. The toughest phase of our lives, but with faith and hope, we overcame it. More importantly, he overcame it… and continues to stand strong. Immense gratitude for standing by us with your love and prayers.”

Emraan had announced on Twitter in 2019 that his son is cancer free after five years of undergoing treatment, and it was a time tough for their family. The actor had said during a conversation with Rediff that, “On January 14, 2019, I put out a post on Twitter informing everyone that Ayaan is cancer free now and thanking people for their prayers. The stability that has come after five years of chaos is something we treasure.”
On work front, Emraan was last seen in ‘Tiger 3’ for which he got a lot of appreciation. He played the villain in the film and fans loved his presence. He was the surprise package of the movie felt many.
Now, post ‘Tiger 3’, rumours are rife that Emraan could be seen next in ‘Don 3‘ as the baddie since the actor was spotted at Farhan Akhtar and Riteish Sidwani’s office. The film has Ranveer Singh essaying the titular role as he replaced Shah Rukh Khan.
