“Happy Birthday to your beautiful boy mini you,” added another.

“And of course, the first meal when we landed was gnocchi.”

The pictures showed the family at the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and enjoying delicious pizza and pasta.

Nicodemou’s trip to Europe led to a shock announcement on her Instagram on July 28, as she broke the news to fans that she would not be attending the 2023 Logies.

The video came after she was nominated for a Silver Logie award for her role as Leah Patterson-Baker on Home and Away.

“Hey, everyone, how are you? I’m really good… Well, not that good because I’ve got some bad news,” she began the Instagram video recording.

“Unfortunately, I am missing the Logies this year and it’s just bad news for me because I love the Logies.

“Especially this year, because I’m also nominated.”

“Unfortunately, I am not going to be there because I’m on a family holiday, but thank you so much for voting for me and also for everyone else,” she added.
