The vehicle’s powertrains, including the 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre diesel, and 1.5-litre turbo-diesel, undergo endurance testing for diverse landscapes. These engines are carefully checked during their production using modern systems like machine learning-based boroscope inspection and an advanced vision system to make sure they work well.
After assembling, the engines undergo a tough test on an eco-friendly cold bed and pass through several checks to ensure high quality. The Level 2 ADAS modules undergo a meticulous ‘closed-loop’ calibration process.
To uphold top-notch quality standards, the company puts the SUV to the Hyundai Integrated Vehicle Inspection System. This system verifies the torque values in real-time, ensuring precision. Furthermore, the OEM’s Automated Diagnostic System is employed to validate the vehicle’s advanced electronic features. At last, the Creta undergoes extensive testing on 15 drive tracks to simulate diverse driving conditions.
