Reserve fast charging for when it is genuinely necessary, such as during long journeys.

EVs parked or stored with either an empty or full battery experience accelerated battery degradation. For periods of infrequent use or extended storage, employ a timed charger to avoid detrimental effects. Leaving the vehicle at 100% charge during prolonged parking can strain the battery’s ability to preserve its state of charge.
A recommended strategy is setting the charger to maintain the charge slightly above the low mark, keeping it within an average range between 25% and 75%.
