Indian Racing League returns alongside inaugural FIA Formula 4 India: Full schedule

Following the success of the inaugural season last year, Indian Racing League (IRL) now returns for its second stint, with this season’s second round slated to be held from December 1, 2023 onwards. The second season of the racing championship is being held alongside the inaugural FIA certified Formula 4 Indian Championship. Both events are being organized by Racing Promotions Pvt Ltd under the ‘Indian Racing Festival’ banner.
Six teams are participating in the second season of IRL, featuring a lineup that mirrors the F4teams.The teams include Hyderabad Blackbirds, Speed Demons Delhi, Chennai Turboriders, Godspeed Kochi, Goa Aces and Bangalore Speedsters. While both IRL and F4 share the same team names, the former introduces a distinctive format wherein points are awarded based on car number, emphasizing the collective performance of the teams rather than individual drivers.
