Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has embarked on a new chapter in her life, recognizing the invaluable worth of close friends who provide unparalleled honesty.
The Kyle and Jackie O star, together with her best friend Gemma O’Neill, turned this passion into a business venture. Gemma supported Jackie through her divorce in 2018 and, more recently, her break from work in late 2022.

With Gemma’s help, Jackie has achieved her best version in terms of health and happiness, and she hopes to inspire the same for other women.
“I think our most challenging period was definitely our divorces,” Jackie told Daily Telegraph, revealing that both she and Gemma went through the process at similar times.
“We went through almost in parallel… and it takes several years to get through it, not just one year.
“Some days are great, and others not so great.”
Besides supporting each other through their divorces, Jackie shared that Gemma became her support system in 2022 when things weren’t going well for her. Gemma was the only one who said, “This can’t continue.”
