Jamal Musiala is making sure that he comes back guns ablaze after sustaining a hamstring injury against Galatasaray in the Champions League before the international break long layoff of club football. To get back up to speed, Bayern Munich’s 20-year-old superstar is doing all sorts of measures to get into shape:
Jamal Musiala is more motivated and focused than ever in his rehab training. The 20-year-old has been working for hours at Säbener Straße and also with his private fitness team in coordination with the club. Musiala is eager to make his comeback, but Thomas Tuchel does not want to take any unnecessary risks with the player, he remains a doubt for Wednesday’s game against Copenhagen. After a strong first half and a rather disappointing second half of the season last year, Musiala is hoping for a reverse scenario this season – with the 2024 Champions League final in Wembley as well as the Euros in Germany in his sights.

This is the same kind of approach that Leroy Sané is taking at the moment. With Bayern just about clinging on to the Bundesliga title challengers pack, Musiala’s return would be a much welcome boost.
