Janod Cocoon Activity Table urgently recalled by Product Safety Australia over health and safety fears

A recall notice has been issued for a children’s toy due to a defect that could cause suffocation or death.

The Janod Cocoon Activity Table, distributed by Bright Wonders, does not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to 36 months old, according to Product Safety Australia (PSA).

A bell may detach from the product while a child is using it, which PSA said could pose a “risk of choking, suffocation or death”.
