According to Korea Herald, distributor Plus M Entertainment stated that the film’s theatrical release has been delayed, while not giving any specific reason, it was revealed that the next release date has not been decided yet hinting at an indefintie delay. ‘Mission: Cross’ narrates the story of former agent Kang-moo (Hwang Jung-min), who hides his past from his wife and veteran crime squad team member Mi-seon (Yeom Jung-ah). The report further stated that the delay could be because of the sudden and untimely demise of Jeon’s husband and celebrated actor Lee Sun Kyun. The ‘Parasite’ star passed away on December 27, days after he was questioned for 19 hours by the police in an alleged case of illegal drug use.
