A professional baker has now gone viral after she created a “cheater’s cake” for a jilted wife who suspected her husband was secretly having an affair.
The cakemaker, known as Mimo on social media, explained that the woman had ordered a football-shaped cake for her husband’s birthday.

She then asked the baker to hide a used Dior lipstick in between the layers of the cake after she found it in his car.
“I had a customer reach out and she told me it was her husband’s birthday… he loves football and asked me if I could make him a football cake,” Mimo said.
“I’ve done them so many times before, so it comes super easy to me, I asked if there was a specific football team that he liked that she wants me to put the logo on.
“The customer said, ‘no just the plain football cake’.”
Mimo explained that the women then dropped off a lipstick so she could hide it in the cake.
“I thought to myself it was a little weird but who am I to judge?” Mimo said.
“Then she proceeded to tell me that she found this lipstick in his car and that it did not belong to her and that she ‘doesn’t buy bougee lipsticks.’”
“Her words not mine,” the popular cakemaker said.
“The customer said, ‘I think he’s cheating on me and I want to put the lipstick in the middle of the cake.’”
Mimo went on to explain that the woman thought this would be the best way to let her husband know that ‘she knew he was cheating.’
“Singing happy birthday and he cuts into the cake and there is the lipstick in the way,” said Mimo.
The cakemaker said that her reaction was, “wow, I’ve never done something like this before, and I kind of wanted to see the reaction video.”
Mimo admitted that she thought “it would have been rude to ask” but “not going to lie, I am super curious.”
Mimo’s video has received more than 12 million views and commenters were desperate for an update.
“What happened, we need the tea,” asked one.
Another added, “Best football cake I’ve ever seen — super authentic looking.”
A third said, “I’m too nosy to not know what happens next.”
Wife’s update
In a follow-up video, the cakemaker shared an update from the wife — confirming it was “not a happy ending” for the couple.
Mimo explained how the woman’s husband appeared “confused” when he cut open the cake to find the lipstick inside.
When she confronted him about the affair, he kept denying it.
“So she asked to look at his phone but he wouldn’t let her so that kind of confirmed her suspicions,” Mimo said.
“They argued back and forth for a little bit until he finally admitted that he was seeing someone from work.”
