Who said chivalry is dead? Tollywood superstar Jr NTR and Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor had fans swooning over them as they turned into protective bodyguards for their respective leading ladies – Pranathi and Alia Bhatt.
The superstar hunks, who headed out on a dinner date at a plush restaurant in Mumbai last evening, were captured on-camera turning into human shields to protect their wives from the adoring fans and media.Videos from last night saw hoards of cameramen and several fans waiting outside the restaurant in Bandra to get a glimpse of the stars and to take photos. However, the frenzied lot seemed to break security protocol and crowd around the couples, blocking their way to their car.
Jr NTR was seen wrapping his arms around his wife, shielding her from fans, who gathered outside the restaurant for selfies. The actor was seen staying behind to oblige a few with photos in order to let his wife walk through to their waiting car.

Meanwhile, Alia was seen holding onto Ranbir’s hand around her waist and led her to the car, while fans and the paparazzi surrounded them to get shots of the ‘Ramayana‘ star.

Jr NTR and Pranathi were also joined on the dinner date by the actor’s ‘WAR 2‘ co-star Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad. Also spotted with the lot was director and producer Karan Johar.
The heartwarming scene of the men being protective of their wives captured the attention of fans, who couldn’t help but admire their gentlemanly gesture towards their partners. Fans of both actors were particularly vocal in expressing their admiration for the duo’s protective instincts, praising them for prioritizing the safety of their wives.
