As per a report in Zoom, Karan Johar is keen on casting Deepika Padukone in a significant film role. Deepika liked the script but told Karan he didn’t have to wait for her. However, Karan insists that Deepika takes her time because being a mother is her main focus. Regarding the project he wants to do with Deepika, Karan said that there’s no rush as he has many other projects to handle at the same time.
Karan Johar is familiar with accommodating maternity needs. He delayed the filming of “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani” for nearly a year to include a song shoot in Kashmir with Ranveer and Alia.
