In a powder blue outfit, Kareena pulls the ropes with her hands and her feet strictly placed in a moving carriage. At the end, she can be seen doing headstand leg lifts and acing it like a pro. While sharing the video, on Gram, Namrata Purohit captioned it, “Kareena Kapoor killed it today. This exercise is not easy, it requires a lot of focus and core, glute and back engagement! The moving carriage means focus and balance really has to be at a 100%!”
