Koko Black Jar of Stars and Bon Bon of Stars dark chocolates recalled over hidden allergen

A popular premium chocolate brand has recalled two of its products over hidden allergen concerns.

Koko Black has recalled its A Jar of Stars and A Bon Bon of Stars products, both in the 54 per cent dark flavour.

The products have been recalled as the presence of a milk has been under declared.

Any consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.

All products with the best before date up to and including July 31, 2024 have been included in the recall.

The chocolates have been available at Koko Black stores nationwide and online, and at independent retail stores including IGA in Victoria and WA.

Anyone with a milk allergy or intolerance should not consume this product.

Customers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
