The Chase Australia star Mark “The Beast” Labbett has stunned fans once again with his remarkable weight loss transformation.
Labbett recently shared video from his birthday celebrations, where he is blowing out a candle on his birthday cake and being served up a hearty meal of bangers and mash.

His girlfriend, TV presenter Hayley Palmer, originally posted the footage, which Labbett then re-shared.
“Mark Labbett trying to keep his birthday low-key … I’m not having it!” the footage was captioned, as cheers could be heard in the background.
In the photo, which shows Labbett grinning in front of his dinner, his girlfriend wrote: “Bangers and mash for the birthday boy!”
Gold birthday balloons could also be seen in the background as Labbett prepared to tuck in.
The quizmaster has lost more than 63kg on his weight loss journey.
In June, he revealed on social media that he was the “smallest” he had been since the 1990s.
In January 2022, he celebrated going from a size 5XL to a 2XL by posing for a shirtless bathroom selfie.
Speaking to Loose Women, Labbett said he was at his heaviest in 2003, weighing 184kg.
He credited his pet Golden Retriever, Baloo, for helping him to get into a regular exercise routine.
He said he had cut down significantly on chips and other carbs and was focusing on eating lean meat.
Labbett also admitted that running around after his young son during COVID lockdowns kept him active – and away from the fridge.
“The principal thing has been running around after a hyperactive three-year-old in lockdown when the nursery was shut,” he said.
“I found at the end of the evening instead of going to the fridge for late-night snacking, all I could do was collapse on the bed.”
Labbett went public with his new girlfriend earlier this year when Palmer joined him in Los Angeles while he filmed the US version of The Chase and the game show Master Minds.
When Palmer had to go home, Labbett shared a candid photo of the pair on Instagram.
“It was Hayley’s last day today. Missing her already,” he wrote, alongside a broken heart emoji.
The couple reportedly met in October last year at the National Television Awards in the UK.
