Megan Thee Stallion Basically Wore the Nail-Art Version of the Mean Girls Burn Book — See the Photos

Megan Thee Stallion is having a full-on Mean Girls moment. The rapper appears on the soundtrack for the revamped musical movie and channeled Regina George for the accompanying “Not My Fault” music video, complete with platinum blonde hair and a cutout tank top that showed off her purple bra. (IYKYK.) Now, Megan is taking her fandom one step further by paying homage to the Plastics with a nail art ode to their infamous Burn Book.

Megan shared an up-close detail snapshot of her mani on Instagram (scroll to slide nine to see it) alongside plenty of hair and makeup inspo from her trip to New York. For the Mean Girls premiere, the rapper brought back the platinum hair and paired it with long, square-shaped nails painted a shimmery baby pink. On one hand, the letters “MEAN” in pink, silver and black squares were applied to the center of each nail a la the cut and paste style of the original Burn Book. “GIRL” was written on her other hand in white varsity-style letters with a 3D textured effect. Despite the fact that the premiere was on a Tuesday, not a Wednesday, Megan wore a similar icy pink shadow on her eyes for the premiere.
