Meghan Markle was seen smiling and laughing with Prince Harry as they enjoyed a lavish dinner to celebrate the Duchess’ 42nd birthday.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were spotted at Tre Lune, a trendy Italian restaurant near their home in Montecito, California.
Tre Lune is frequented by Hollywood celebrities, including Ellen DeGeneres and Kourtney Kardashian. On the same evening, musician Tavis Barker was also seen dining at the restaurant.
For her birthday, Meghan looked stunning in a black-and-white strapless dress by Posse, valued at £188 ($239). The dress, described as elegant and timeless, accentuated her figure. It has already sold out on the company website.

In photographs, both Harry and Meghan were captured leaving the restaurant and appeared to be joking with each other as they entered their waiting car.
Fans of the royal couple have taken to social media to compliment Meghan’s outfit and wish her a happy birthday.
On Twitter, one user exclaimed, “Oh my God, that dress looks stunning! Glad Meghan is looking happier than ever.”

Meghan paired her chic outfit with black sandals and a Cult Gaia clutch bag, which she has been spotted wearing before. This chestnut beaded bag has a bohemian look and is valued at £330 ($428).
The Duchess also wore some simple jewelry, including chunky golden earrings and bracelets on one wrist. Her accessories included a golden Jennifer Meyer bracelet valued at £3,740 ($4,750) and a Cartier Love bracelet valued at £5,430 ($6,900).
However, the most special accessory Meghan wore for her birthday dinner was her golden Cartier Tank Française watch that once belonged to Princess Diana. Diana received the watch from her father, and it was later inherited by Harry. Valued at £17,800 ($26,000), the watch holds sentimental value for Meghan, who often wears it for glamorous occasions.
Celebrity stylist Miranda Holder stated that Meghan’s birthday outfit shows that she is determined to prove that she is “going nowhere” amidst rumors of the couple’s struggle to establish themselves in Hollywood.
The fashion expert explained, “Meghan appeared relaxed and radiant as she stepped out in Montecito with Harry this week. Her dress, a bandeau, bandage style by brand Posse, was a striking, body-conscious design, featuring wide black and white horizontal stripes.
“The garment hugged every curve of the Duchess, showing she was feeling body-confident and enjoying being a busy young Mom.”
Miranda added, “This is not the type of dress you would wear if you wanted to fade into the background. The bold pattern literally made it impossible to miss. This was absolutely a choice.
“Meghan is going nowhere, and she wants to communicate this. Her relaxed accessories consisting of flat strappy sandals, minimal jewelry, and a textured Cult Gaia bag prevent the look from feeling too ‘try hard,’ and also indicate that despite the controversial rumors, she is comfortable and content.”
