Neena Gupta‘s daughter Masaba got married to Satyadeep Misha earlier this year, after dating him for three years. The fashion designer turned actress was earlier married to producer Madhu Mantena.
Speaking about Masaba’s divorce from Mantena, Neena told Ranveer Allahbadia on his YouTube channel that Masaba didn’t want to marry initially. She wanted to stay in a live-in relationship with her future husband.The senior actress revealed that she told her to get married.
Neena admitted that it was a mistake, and they separated. She said that she was devastated and never imagined this because her husband and she both loved and still loved her ex-husband. She went on to say that Mantena was really nice man and nahi bani toh nahi bani (If they didn’t get along, they didn’t get along).
The actress revealed that she was numb for a month. It was a very difficult time. According to her, it’s not in your hands, this is somebody else’s life.
When asked to give relationship advice to her fans, Neena immediately refused and shared that she is the wrong person to give relationship advice. The actress went on to say that she has always dated the wrong people.

For the unversed, Masaba is the daughter of Neena and West Indies cricket legend Vivian Richards. Masaba was raised by Neena in India. Masaba married Madhu Mantena in 2015, but their marriage ended in 2019. She then got married to actor Satyadeep Mishra on January 27, 2023.
