A West Australian woman remains in hospital, awaiting surgery on her arm, following a serious dog attack.
Nikita Piil, 31, was attacked by her Rottweiler dogs Bronx and Harlem at her Success home in Perth’s south about 4.30pm on Saturday.
Piil suffered major blood loss and serious bite wounds to her arms and legs in the attack.

She was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital, where she remains in a serious but stable condition.
7NEWS understands she is awaiting surgery on her arm.
Neighbours tried to come to Piil’s aid, but said the dogs’ size made it a struggle to get them off Piil.
“I didn’t have a knife, I didn’t have anything really good to take this dog out,” neighbour Bryn Spencer said.
“I only had a bat.
“All I could really do was just watch this girl get mauled apart.”
Other neighbours grabbed leaf blowers, hoses and bats in a bid to fight off the dogs.
“I did everything I possibly could,” Spencer said.
“The other Rottweiler was jumping up the fence at me.
“I kept screaming at it and smacking the fence.”
Piil’s screams can be heard on footage captured at 4.45pm on Saturday, as police arrived.
Police attempted to taser the dog, but it didn’t stop the attack.
Spencer told police they had to get their guns out to save Piil’s life.
“I said you need to get your gun out and shoot this dog, it’s going to kill her.”
An officer used their gun to stop the attack given the dogs were “extremely aggressive” and the woman’s life was in danger, the Western Australia Police Force said.
The dog has since been put down, while the second dog remains in ranger custody.
“The dog will remain at the facility until investigations surrounding the incident are finalised,” City of Cockburn head of Community Safety and Ranger Services Michael Emery said.
Neighbours didn’t see what prompted the animals to attack, if anything.
It’s unclear whether Piil was able to provide any information regarding this, as she was in and out of consciousness when emergency services arrived.
“I hope that she gets better and she can recover from it,” Spencer said.
