Nintendo has given gaming collectors some great news, as amiibo figures are back in stock on the company’s website. In an announcement on X, Nintendo told fans that more than 100 amiibo figures are available to buy while stocks last. “It’s time to complete your collection!” reads a Nintendo tweet. “Over 100 amiibo have been restocked on My Nintendo Store! You can get yours now! While Stocks last.” Fans can grab figures such as Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7, Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, Wedding Outfit Mario, Bayonetta, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Ryu and Ken from Street Fighter.

Most of the amiibo figures are available for £12.99, although some are a little more expensive, such as the Tears of the Kingdom Ganondorf figure, which is £17.99.

Other are available in multipacks, including the Splatoon triple-pack of figures, Steve and Alex from Minecraft, plus the Cat Mario and Cat Peach double-pack.

Popular with collectors, amiibo figures can be used to enhance select video games on Wii U and Nintendo Switch.

Utilising NFC technology, amiibo figures provide in-game bonuses when you pair them with your game and console.

For example, the Tears of the Kingdom Link amiibo gives users a special Paraglider skin, plus a couple of weapons and mushrooms.

If you use a compatible amiibo with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, on the other hand, then your Mii avatar will receive that character’s costume.

Using an amiibo is particularly useful in Metroid Dread, which gives Samus one energy tank and a random amount of life energy.

Tapping an E.M.M.I. figure in Metroid Dread gives your character an additional Missile Tank.

Some of the rarer amiibo figures are highly sought after online, selling for a few hundred pounds on auction sites like eBay.
