If you’re constantly confronted with the unfortunate reality that you aren’t Rihanna, now you can at least get one step closer: Loewe is releasing a special edition drop of RiRi’s 2023 Super Bowl halftime show outfit, available online and in select stores.
The Barbadian singer caused a stir when she took the stage at Super Bowl LVII earlier this year. Not only was the halftime show a rare sight of Rihanna as an entertainer—it was her first live performance in five years—she also used the opportunity to announce her second pregnancy. (She gave birth to her second son with A$AP Rocky, Riot Rose, earlier this year, joining big brother RZA.)
The Spanish brand will offer three pieces in their Rihanna-inspired capsule. One, a poppy red colored aviator suit, is a replica of the one worn in by the singer when she performed earlier this year at Super Bowl LVII. The cotton canvas jumpsuit features front jet pockets, ankle welt pockets, zipped ankle cuffs, as well as removable D-ring straps, for a utilitarian feel inspired by Rihanna an d her crew of dancers.
For those who may want to pay subtler homage to Rihanna, the jumpsuit also comes in a black colorway, as well as in a black pants iteration. Though, if you’re planning to reveal a pregnancy, ask yourself: What Would Rihanna Do?
