PS Plus subscribers are counting down to the March 2024 Extra and Premium games reveal, which takes place later this week. Indeed, if you subscribe to PlayStation Plus Extra, Premium, or both, then you’ll find out what’s coming next when Sony unveils the next batch of PS5, PS4 and Classic PlayStation games on March 13 at 4.30pm GMT UK time. The games will join PS Plus less than a week later, on the morning of March 19. Needless to say, without any leaks to speak of, fans have been attempting to predict the PS Plus Extra games ahead of this week’s reveal.

In a regular post of Reddit, multiple PS Plus subscribers believe Dead Island 2 will come to PS Plus Extra in March.

After years in limbo, the zombie action game finally launched last year, and was a surprisingly solid title given all of the development issues.

Fellow zombie survival game Dying Light 2 also gets a mention, especially after its recent free weekend on Steam.

Other games with lots of votes include regulars such as Marvel’s Midnight Suns, Hitman World of Assassination and Forspoken.

There are also lots of votes for Resident Evil 3 Remake, Resident Evil Village, Tunic and Hades, alongside Crisis Core Final Fantasy Reunion, which is another game that often appears on the thread.

First-party blockbusters such as God of War Ragnarok, The Last of Us Part 2 and Gran Turismo 7 are also mentioned multiple times throughout the thread.

Given the original Last of Us Part 2 launched back in 2020 and God of War Ragnarok made its debut in 2022, one person asks why it’s taken so long for either game to make an appearance on PS Plus Extra.

While the recent launch of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered could rule the Naughty Dog sequel out for March 2024, there’s a good chance we could see God of War Ragnarok.

Gran Turismo 7 is another prime candidate for PS Plus in March, as is the original Helldivers.

The Yakuza series is surprisingly underrepresented on PS Plus Extra, which makes games such as Like a Dragon Ishin, Yakuza: Like a Dragon and any of the other core games all possible additions.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Surivor could also join PS Plus Extra in March 2024, or at least according to the contributors on Reddit.

Having only launched last April, Star Wars Jedi Survivor might be too recent for PS Plus Extra, but there’s no denying it would make a great addition.

“The story of Cal Kestis continues in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a third person galaxy-spanning action-adventure game from Respawn Entertainment, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.

“This narratively-driven, single player title picks up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and follows Cal’s increasingly desperate fight as the galaxy descends further into darkness.”

Daily Express will be back later this week with the full list of PS Plus Extra and Premium games.
