Realme has announced the launch of its new P-series smartphones, the Realme P1 5G and Realme P1 Pro 5G, in India on April 15 at 12 Pm. The P-series, where “P” stands for power, aims to disrupt the mid-range segment with powerful performance and innovative design. Realme’s Vice President Chase Xu confirmed that the lineup will target the mid-range market and remain exclusive to the Indian market, with sales through Flipkart.

- The Realme P1 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset, while the Realme P1 Pro 5G will feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 5G processor.
- Both phones will come with 120Hz AMOLED displays, with the P1 Pro featuring a curved panel and the P1 sporting a flat screen.
- The P1 Pro will also support rainwater touch and have a premium design with a golden fluted bezel or vegan leather back.
- The P1 Pro is expected to feature a 32MP telephoto portrait camera with 2x optical zoom and a Sony IMX882 OIS main camera.
- The P1 will likely have a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.
