Tech giant Samsung is reportedly planning to integrate ChatGPT into its Internet Browser app. The code found in Samsung Internet Browser v22.0.0.54 suggests that this integration could be an experimental Labs feature. If implemented, this integration would allow users to run queries on ChatGPT directly from the browser, eliminating the need to visit the ChatGPT website. The browser may also enable users to summarize web pages using ChatGPT, providing a useful highlight feature. While third-party browser plugins currently offer limited ChatGPT functionality, a first-party integration would offer a more seamless experience. In related news, Samsung released a beta update of its web browser in April with three new features aimed at improving usability.
