Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna starrer ‘Animal‘ is the talk of the town ever since the movie released. While it has made huge box office numbers and proved to be one of the biggest hits this year on the lines of ‘Gadar 2’, ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathaan’, it was also a film which got immense criticism and created a stir on the internet.
Bobby got a lot of love for his role, despite the fact that he didn’t even have a dialogue as his character was mute and he was just there in the movie for 10-15 minutes.Bobby’s brother Sunny has reacted to the movie and said that it’s a nice film and people are loving it. There were bits from the movie which he didn’t like, but there are also things which he doesn’t like about his own movies, which is fine.
But Sunny has now revealed during a chat with NDTV that there was a scene where he walked out of the theatre. It was the scene where Bobby’s character was being killed and Sunny just got out of the seat. He just couldn’t take it. So, he wanted to just go out and do something that time.
Sunny also spoke about the success and accolades which Bobby is getting now. The proud elder brother says that it was long overdue. He became successful with ‘Aashram’. That went to the grassroot level and it was the most watched thing in the country. So, the actor is quite happy about the love which Bobby is getting. Sunny also gave a huge hit this year in the form of ‘Gadar 2’ which broke all the records.
Up next on Sunny’s sleeve is ‘Lahore 1947’ where he’s teaming up with Rajkumar Santoshi again after movies like ‘Ghayal’, ‘Ghatak’ and ‘Damini’ with the filmmaker. It is produced by Aamir Khan.
