Toyota hikes prices for select models: Here’s how much Innova Crysta, Hycross will cost now

Japanese carmaker Toyota was among several carmakers that announced a price hike effective from January 1, 2024, in their bid to offset the rising input costs and the overall inflation. Now, the company has hiked the prices of select models, including the popular Innova Crysta and Hycross.
Toyota Innova Crysta
With the exception of the base-spec GX variant, the VX and ZX variants of the Crysta have undergone a price increase of Rs.25,000. Following this hike, the Crysta’s pricing now begins at Rs 19.99 lakh for the base variants and goes up to Rs 26.30 lakh for the top-spec ZX variant (both prices, ex-showroom).
The Innova Crysta is powered by a 2.4L four-cylinder diesel engine that generates a maximum power output of 150 hp and 343 Nm of torque. It comes paired with a five-speed manual transmission (MT) only.

Toyota Innova Hycross
The prices for the regular variants of the Toyota Innova Hycross have been hiked by Rs 10,000, while the strong-hybrid versions of the MPV now come with an increased price of Rs 42,000. With this, the prices for the model now go up to Rs 30.68 lakh, ex-showroom, for the top-spec ZX (O) Hybrid trim.
The MPV is equipped with either a 2.0-litre NA petrol engine or a 2.0-litre strong-hybrid petrol engine and is based on the modular TNGA-C platform.
Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder
Besides the price hike introduced on the above-mentioned models, the OEM has also revised the prices for the Urban Cruiser Hyryder mid-size SUV, with the E variant seeing the highest increase of up to Rs 28,000. While the mid-spec G and top-end V trims remain unaffected, the G CNG and V MT AWD variants have experienced some changes (up by Rs 15,000). Additionally, the strong-hybrid versions of the SUV have been hiked by Rs 20,000.
So far, the manufacturer has only hiked prices for these three models but it is possible that models will get costlier in the coming days.
