TVS Motor Company recently announced that its total sales of 402,553 units in September 2023. The company registered a Year-on-Year growth of 6 percent last month as against 379,011 units in September 2022.
TVS two-wheeler sales
Overall two-wheeler sales of TVS grew 7% with 386,955 units in September 2023 from 361,729 units in the same period last year. Domestic two-wheeler sales increased to 6 percent with 300,493 units last month from 283,878 units in September 2022.
The TVS motorcycle segment witnessed a sales growth of 10 percent in September 2023 with 186,438 units as opposed to 169,322 units in the corresponding period last year. TVS scooter sales saw an 8% YoY sales growth with 155,526 units last month from 144,356 units in September 2022.
TVS iQube sales
The TVS iQube electric scooter sales were reported at 20,356 units in September 2023 as compared to 4,923 units in the same period the previous year.

In the three-wheeler segment, TVS registered sales of 15,598 units in September 2023 as against 17,282 units in September 2022.

TVS Motor exports
Total exports of TVS Motor Company saw a sales growth of 8 percent with 100,294 units in September 2023 from 92,975 units in September 2022. Two-wheeler exports registered a growth of 11% with 86,462 unit sales last month.
TVS Motor Q2 FY24 performance
In the second quarter of FY23-24, two-wheeler sales grew 6% with 10.31 lakh unit sales as against 9.77 lakh unit sales in the same period last fiscal. TVS three-wheeler sales registered 0.43 lakh unit sales in Q2 FY23-24 from 0.51 lakh units in the second quarter of FY22-23.
