Urgent warning for popular dog food sold across Australia

A warning has been issued for a popular brand of dog food sold at stores around Australia.

Meals For Mutts said it had “become aware of a concern regarding the presence of mould” in some of its products.

The brand is sold at major pet food retailers such as Pet Circle, Pet Stock, My Pet Warehouse, PetO and Budget Pet Products.

“We want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously and are committed to resolving it,” the company said in a statement.

Dog owners are being urged to carefully inspect their products for any presence of mould.
