By ordering a ticket (or tickets) from this website, accepting an invitation to, or otherwise attending Vogue Club’s Met Gala® Red Carpet Watch Party (the “Event”), the Event attendee (“you” or “your”) accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein, including the Code of Conduct set forth further below.
Your ticket order/Event invitation (“Ticket/Invitation”) is an offer from Condé Nast (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to purchase the ticket(s) and/or attend the Event and we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse your order or rescind your invitation. If we accept your order or invite you to the Event, we will send you an email confirmation (or other form of written invitation/confirmation) of your completed order or invitation, for your information. You should print out a copy of the confirmation email, or retain the written invitation/confirmation we provide, for your records.
The Ticket(s)/Invitation(s) are non-transferable and for personal use only, and shall not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred for any reason. You hereby represent and warrant that (i) any Ticket(s)/Invitation(s) you purchase or receive are for personal use only and will not be sold, assigned or transferred, or used as part of any form of business or commercial activity; and (ii) you will not (a) resell or offer for resale any Ticket(s)/Invitation(s)t (whether at a premium or otherwise) and/or (b) use the Ticket(s)/Invitation(s) for advertising or promotions (including prize draws, competitions, contests and/or sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse admission to the Event to any person for any reason, including, without limitation, a person’s breach of these terms and conditions or our determination, in our sole discretion, that a person may be disruptive or otherwise objectionable.
You may request a full refund by emailing [insert email] within 24 hours of ticket purchase (if applicable) before [INSERT DATE AND TIME]. After 24 hours from purchase and beginning [INSERT DATE AND TIME], all tickets are nonrefundable unless the Event is canceled and not rescheduled.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, whether for safety reasons, weather, business considerations, or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to cancel or reschedule the Event. In the event of such cancellation, our liability to you shall be limited to a refund of the price paid by you for your ticket purchase (if applicable); in no event will we or any third party be responsible for travel, hotel, or other costs.
