First, let’s talk about the variants and pricing, the Volkswagen Taigun GT Edge Trail edition will be available in a single variant and is priced at Rs 16.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The Creta Adventure edition is available in two variants – SX MT priced at Rs 15.2 lakh, and SX(O) CVT priced at Rs 17.9 lakh (both prices ex-showroom). The GT Edge Trail Edition is offered in Carbon Steel Grey, Reflex Silver and Candy White colour options. The Creta Adventure edition gets Ranger Khaki, Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Titan Grey colour options.
Both SUVs get cosmetic changes over the standard models. The Volkswagen Taigun Trail edition features special decals on the rear fenders, doors and C-pillars, ‘Trail’ badging, functional roof rails, blacked-out 17-inch alloys, red-finished front brake callipers, blacked-out roof, black-coloured door garnish and ORVMs.
The Creta Adventure features a a blacked-out grille and black skid plates. At sides, it gets door cladding, an Adventure emblem on the front fender, and body-coloured door handles. It gets black treatment for ORVMs, a shark-fin antenna, roof rails, C-pillar garnish, 17-inch alloy wheels with red brake callipers.
Moving inside, the Volkswagen Taigun Trail edition gets black with contrasting red stitching seat upholstery with the “Trail” logo embedded on it. In terms of features, the SUV features a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless phone connectivity and charging, automatic headlamps, a rear camera, TPMS, automatic climate control and much more. The SUV additionally gets a dual dashcam with a 2-inch IPS LCD.
The Creta Adventure edition features all-black interior theme. The upholstery in a black theme with Sage Green inserts and Adventure Edition-gets specific floor mats, and metal pedals. Additionally the Creta Adventure gets dashcam with dual cameras.

The Creta Adventure edition is only offered with a 1.5-litre NA petrol engine that puts out 115hp and 144Nm. It is available on the SX trim with the 6-speed manual gearbox and the SX (O) trim with the CVT automatic. The Taigun Trail edition will be offered with a 1.5-litre turbocharged Petrol engine. This engine puts out 148 bhp of power and 250 Nm of torque. The engine comes paired with a 6-speed manual only.
