One of the most popular family holiday traditions is back for another year with the 40th anniversary of the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade.

This year’s parade was filmed at the Walt Disney World Resort and features appearances from favorite Disney characters, a tour of the park, colorful floats and performances from some of music’s biggest stars.

You can watch the 2023 Disney Christmas Day Parade on Dec. 25 at 9 a.m. PT on ABC (The parade will air at 10 a.m. ET for East Coast viewers).

How to Stream the 2023 Disney Christmas Day Parade Online Free

Don’t have cable? You can also stream the Disney Magical Christmas Day Parade online with DirecTV Stream. The live TV streaming service has ABC as part of its channel lineup, so you’ll be able to use it to watch the Disney Christmas Parade online without cable.

A DirecTV Stream subscription usually starts at $69.99 a month, but the site has a five-day free trial that you can use to test out the service and watch the Disney World Christmas Parade for free.

This year’s holiday parade is also be available to watch online through fuboTV. Fubo’s current plans start at just $54.99 a month and include ABC. Fubo also has a seven-day free trial that you can grab here to watch the Magical Christmas Day Parade show online free.

Disney Magical Christmas Day Parade Performers, Hosts

This year’s Christmas Day parade was filmed at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida and the show will be hosted by Derek and Julianne Hough, country singer Mickey Guyton, and The Golden Bachelor host Jesse Palmer.

Officially dubbed the “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade,” the show will also feature the following musical performances:

  • Derek Hough and Julianne Hough – “Good Morning” and “Deck the Halls” Medley
  • Ariana DeBose – “This Wish” from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Wish
  • Chrissy Metz – “Silver Bells”
  • The Smashing Pumpkins – “Evergreen” (A new, original holiday song!)
  • Iam Tongi – “Mele Kalikimaka”
  • The Broadway and North American Tour Cast of Disney’s “Aladdin” – “Friend Like Me”
  • Meg Donnelly – “Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home)”
  • Michael Bolton – “Joy to the World”

Producers say the show will also feature a look back at “unforgettable performances from years past” from:

  • NSYNC (1998) – “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays”
  • Gwen Stefani (2018) – “Winter Wonderland”
  • Mary J. Blige and David Foster (2013) – “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”
