A new online report suggests that WhatsApp is working on a feature to indicate when chats are end-to-end encrypted. As reported by WABetaInfo, the instant messaging app is developing a feature to tell users when the chats are end-to-end encrypted.
The end-to-end chat encryption feature is presently in the testing phase and it is available for Android beta testers.The beta testers can access the feature in update version 2.24.6.11 of the app.
As per the report, the end-to-end encrypted chats are now conveniently displayed beneath contact and group names in your conversations.
