A recent resurfaced video from Comedy Nights With Kapil in 2015 showcased Varun Dhawan alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Kriti Sanon. Varun humorously revealed that during his childhood, he believed Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol were married until he met Gauri Khan.

Continuing in the video, Varun shared an anecdote where he and his friends visited Mannat to collect funds for a charity.

To his astonishment, Gauri Khan opened the door, leaving him bewildered. Upon returning home, his mother clarified that Gauri was Shah Rukh’s real wife. Shah Rukh hilariously reenacted Varun’s imagined reaction to the incident.

Shah Rukh Khan was initially slated to portray the character of ‘Zafar’ in the film Kalank, which eventually went to Varun Dhawan. However, during a media interaction, Varun revealed that while he did discuss the film with SRK, they didn’t delve into how he should approach the role.
