Actor Yashpal Sharma showered praise on the South film industries and mentioned that they are professional and punctual compared to Bollywood. He expressed that things are too fast and have not been delayed in the south.
The actor emphasized that professionalism is high in South film industries like Tamil and Telugu and they are fast. He could not find it in Bollywood because the latter have everything ready even if it’s a huge setup.
Yashpal told Rajshri Unplugged that the Tamil industry is even better as so many talented people are there. The Tamil film, ‘Ayothi’ directed by Manthira Moorthi earned critical acclaim despite being made on a small budget which he was part of. Rajinikanth, ministers, and more watched the movie and heaped praise on it. Yashpal found the director of that film talented. He made his Telugu debut in the 2007 film ‘Lakshyam’.

The actor called it a bigger success than Rajinikanth’s ‘Sivaji’ that year. He said that the team took care of him well during a one-day trip for patchwork. He also mentioned that the cheques given from the production houses don’t bounce.

In ‘Ayothi’, Yashpal played the role of a misogynistic character. He also shared the screen with Mahesh Babu in ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ and ‘Don Seenu’.
