Talking about his daughter in the book Raising Stars, by Rashmi Uchil, Chunky revealed that he felt extremely proud when he got Lady Gaga to sing “Happy Birthday” for Ananya. Elaborating more he said that Ananya was the first daughter in the family and everyone was extremely excited when she was born.
Chunky amusingly disclosed that Ananya’s birth coincided precisely nine months and 16 days after his wedding to Bhavana. Strikingly, both Chunky and Bhavana were born the same duration after their respective parents’ marriages. Ananya, in a delightful coincidence, became part of their inaugural wedding anniversary celebration.
Recalling a Lady Gaga story, Chunky shared that he has pampered both his daughters and his niece, having set the bar too high for the men in their life. He shared that Ananya and her friends had accompanied him to the Grand Prix in Delhi where Lady Gaga was to perform for the inaugural ceremony. He met the singer there and happened to tell her that it was his daughter’s birthday and she just broke into the song, everyone present joined her and that made Ananya’s day all the more special.
